MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) has moved Metro Manila from the orange rainfall status to yellow still due to the southwest monsoon or “habagat” enhanced by typhoon Hanna (international name: Haikui) in its 11 am weather update. Under the yellow rainfall warning, areas can expect 50-100 millimeters (mm)
