MANILA, Philippines — Tens of thousands of passengers continued to travel even during Christmas Day, the Philippine Coast Guard said on Monday. PCG said that as of 12:00 p.m., 33,104 outbound passengers and 25,202 inbound passengers traveled through all ports nationwide.
