LUCENA CITY — Sea travel for small vessels in Marinduque, Oriental Mindoro, Occidental Mindoro, Romblon, and southern Quezon remained suspended on Tuesday, Sept. 5, due to the rough sea, the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) said. The PCG-Southern Tagalog district advisory cited a 5 a.m. forecast by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa)
