14 dead, 3 critically injured in Negros Oriental road mishap
BACOLOD CITY—Fourteen passengers died while three others are in critical condition when a truck plunged into a 40-meter deep ravine in Mabinay, Negros Oriental on Wednesday. The victims, who are form one family, were bound for Bayawan City to purchase cattle for their farms in La Libertad town when the accident happened, said Mabinay police
