1st time in 10 years: 96 Tagbilaran detainees vote on BSKE
TAGBILARAN CITY — At least 96 detainees in this city voted Monday for the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE). Jail Officer 3 Gina Sumampong, information officer of the city jail, said it was the first time in 10 years that detainees voted in the village and youth polls in accordance with the 2022 decision
