2 House solons appeal to Senate: Stop meddling in process of PI
MANILA, Philippines — Two lawmakers in the House of Representatives asked the Senate on Friday not to interfere in the present process of the people’s initiative (PI) to amend the 1987 Constitution. A Senate investigation on the alleged anomalies of the PI is ongoing, led by the Senate committee on electoral reforms and people’s participation.
