LUCENA CITY — Two motorcycle riders died in separate road mishaps on Monday in Quezon province. The Quezon police said in a report on Tuesday, Jan. 9, that Marlon Doblon was traveling at 3:30 a.m. on his motorcycle along the Maharlika Highway in Barangay Masin Sur in Candelaria town when he occupied the opposite lane
