4 dead in road crashes in Ilocos region
LAOAG CITY, Ilocos Norte — Four people from Ilocos Sur, La Union, and Pangasinan in Ilocos region died in separate vehicular mishaps between Monday and Tuesday, according to the Police Regional Office-1. In Ilocos Sur, 18-year-old Sonny Boy Dangtayan died after suffering head injuries when the motorcycle he was driving at 3:20 a.m. on Tuesday
