418 pass Aeronautical Engineer Licensure Exam
MANILA, Philippines — The Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) announced on Thursday that 418 out of 971 examinees passed the Aeronautical Engineers Licensure Examination. Samad Sultan of the Feati University was named the topnotcher with a 92.05 percent rating, followed by John David Lee of the Philippine State College of Aeronautics-Pasay with a 90.55 percent rating,
