MANILA, Philippines — Seven national road sections were closed on Wednesday due to Super Typhoon Goring, the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) said. In a Facebook post, the DPWH said that the following roads were closed due to damages: Cordillera Administrative Region Claveria-Calanasan-Kabugao Road, Apayao (closed due to landslide) Kennon Road, Tuba, Benguet
