8 dead, 1 missing due to Butchoy, Carina – NDRRMC
MANILA, Philippines — Eight persons were reported dead due to tropical cyclones Butchoy and Carina, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) said on Tuesday.
