MANILA, Philippines — “All cases filed against me have been dismissed,” newly appointed Maharlika Investment Corp. (MIC) President and CEO Rafael D. Consing Jr. said on Tuesday. That was his brief answer when asked by reporters about his being a respondent in a fraud case. Consing did not mention a specific case in his response.
