‘Amihan’ slightly strengthens, to bring light rains over parts of northern Luzon
MANILA, Philippines — The northeast monsoon, locally known as amihan, has slightly strengthened and will bring cloudy skies with light rains to some parts of northern Luzon, the state weather bureau said on Thursday.
