Authorities working on Wesley Guo’s surrender – Abalos
MANILA, Philippines — Interior Secretary Benjamin Abalos Jr. on Saturday said that local authorities are now coordinating and working on the surrender of Wesley Guo—the brother of dismissed Bamban, Tarlac mayor Alice Guo (Guo Hua Ping). Wesley’s legal counsel, Atty. Stephen David told reporters on Friday that his client had expressed his intention to surrender.
