MANILA, Philippines — A fee of ten pesos (P10) should be imposed every time a person buys a single-use plastic (SUP). This is being proposed by Bangsamoro lawmakers in a bid to regulate SUPs in Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM). The recommendation is contained in Parliament Bill number 248 titled ‘BARMM Single-Use Plastic
