BFAR: Shellfish from 7 areas in Visayas, Mindanao unsafe for consumption


MANILA, Philippines — The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) said shellfish in some coastal waters in Visayas and Mindanao are still positive for Paralytic shellfish poison or toxic red tide. In its advisory on Friday, the BFAR said that shellfish in the following locations below are not safe to eat: Visayas Coastal waters
