BI blocks the return of 2 blacklisted Americans involved in sex offenses
MANILA, Philippines —An American previously blacklisted in the Philippines tried to re-enter the country, but he was intercepted by immigration officers at Ninoy Aquino International Airport. The American was identified as 63-year-old Keith Michael Lacek. Bureau of Immigration (BI) had blacklisted him in June 2020 because he was reportedly involved in an online sex scam
