BI denies entry of 2 foreigners convicted of sexual offenses


MANILA, Philippines — The Bureau of Immigration (BI) has denied entry to two foreigners who were convicted of sexual offenses. The BI said American Timothy James Foley, 64, and Papuan Arthur Stuart, 23, were intercepted at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) on February 12 and 9, respectively.
