BI: Taiwanese wanted for fraud arrested in QC
MANILA, Philippines — The Bureau of Immigration (BI) arrested a Taiwanese fugitive on Monday in Quezon City. The BI said Yang Chia-Le, 26, is wanted in Taiwan for fraud. Yang was allegedly a member of a fraud syndicate from December 2020 to January 2021. A warrant for his arrest was issued by the Taiwan Taipei
