Chinese, South Korean fugitives arrested — BI
MANILA, Philippines — Chinese and South Korean fugitives were arrested in back-to-back operations in Manila, the Bureau of Immigration reported on Wednesday. The BI said Chinese Guo Shangming and South Korean Hyeong Jinwoo were arrested by their agents on Tuesday.
