City of Manila road closures, rerouting plans on Jan. 28
MANILA, Philippines — Several roads in the City of Manila will be closed to traffic on Sunday, January 28 to make way for the Bagong Pilipinas Kick-Off Rally, said the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA). According to the MMDA, the road closures are part of its traffic and parking management plan set to be implemented
