Coast Guard rescues 6 passengers off Surigao del Norte
MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) on Monday said it has rescued six passengers of a motorbanca that sustained damage due to the inclement weather off Socorro, Surigao del Norte on Sunday. The Coast Guard reported that MBCA Siarelco departed Feeder Port at Barangay Navarro in Socorro when it encountered rough sea conditions
