Comelec sets 2nd bidding for poll contract
The Commission on Elections (Comelec) will conduct on Jan. 4 next year the second and final public bidding for a P18.8-billion contract to lease a new automated voting system. Comelec’s special bids and awards committee (SBAC) opened the submission of bids on Dec. 15, a day after declaring the first round of bidding a failure
