Cop in QC bar shooting set to post bail — PNP
MANILA, Philippines — Lt. Col. Mark Julio Abong, the police officer who was arrested for firing his gun outside a Quezon City bar, is preparing to post a P177,000 bail, according to the Philippine National Police (PNP).
