MANILA, Philippines — Operations at the Department of Foreign Affairs’ Consular Office in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte will be suspended on Monday, September 11, in line with the commemoration of the late former president Ferdinand E. Marcos Sr.’s 106th birth anniversary. Pursuant to Proclamation 327, September 11 is a special non-working day in Ilocos Norte.
