DOTr: Expect traffic in NCR roads due to tunnel boring machine transfer
MANILA, Philippines — Some roads in Metro Manila may experience a traffic slowdown between February 2 and 5 due to the transportation of a tunnel boring machine (TBM) for the Metro Manila Subway Project (MMSP), the Department of Transportation (DOTr) said on Tuesday. According to the DOTr, the traffic slowdown may be expected from 10 p.m.
