DSWD: Over 41,000 indigent Antique seniors receive pension
MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) on Monday reported that a total of 41,927 indigent senior citizens from Antique have received their social pension for 2023. Republic Act 11916, which lapsed into law in July 2022, has officially doubled the monthly pension of indigent senior citizens from P500 to P1,000.
