Fee MRT-3 rides for civil servants Sept. 18-20 – management
MANILA, Philippines — The Metro Rail Transit Line-3 (MRT-3) management on Friday announced that it would offer free rides to civil servants from Sept. 18 to 20. It said in an advisory that the free ride program is in commemoration of the 123rd Philippine Civil Service Anniversary. One must only present their valid government ID
