Fire burns in a residential area in San Andres, Manila
MANILA, Philippines — Fire hit a residential area in Manila on Sunday afternoon, according to Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP). BFP said the blaze broke out along Charcoal Street, Barangay 739 in San Andres at 3:59 p.m. It reached the first alarm by 4:06 p.m. The incident was under control at around 4:23 p.m. BFP
