MANILA, Philippines — A fire hit a three-storey residential building in Globo de Oro Street, Quiapo, Manila on Wednesday. First alarm was raised at 6:17 a.m. shortly followed by the second alarm at 6:23 a.m., the Manila Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office said in a Facebook post. It was declared under control at 7:18 a.m.
