MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) issued flood warnings in several regions on Friday due to the southwest monsoon (habagat), which is enhanced by Severe Tropical Storm Hanna (international name: Haikui). In its advisories, Pagasa identified some river basins and areas that may be submerged in floodwaters: Agno River
