Garments factory owners charged over deadly fire
After almost a month of investigation, the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) has filed criminal cases against owners of the fire-stricken garments factory in a residential area that left 15 persons dead. Mayor Joy Belmonte said the QCPD filed on Wednesday complaints of reckless imprudence resulting in multiple homicide against the owners of MGC Wearhouse
