Gunman in Nueva Ecija bus shooting arrested
MANILA, Philippines — One of the gunmen who shot and killed two bus passengers while in transit in Carranglan, Nueva Ecija last month has been arrested, police said on Tuesday. In a report, Police Regional Office 3 (Central Luzon) identified the suspect as Allan Delos Santos, who was arrested in Dilasag, Aurora, on November 20.
