MANILA, Philippines — Heat index of the “danger category” may be experienced in 13 areas of the country on Monday, April 15, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa). Dagupan City in Pangasinan province was forecast to feel hot weather at 45 degrees Celsius, while Puerto Princesa City in Palawan province
