HEVs can be 25% of the Indian PV market by 2030: CV Raman, CTO, Maruti Suzuki India
The market share of BEVs (Battery Electric Vehicle) is expected to be 15%, and 28% could come from ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) vehicles by the end of this decade, when the overall PV market volume is expected to cross 6 million units. The share of ICE PVs is projected to come down to 10% by 2040.
