Immigration agents nab Taiwanese fugitive in Pasay City
MANILA, Philippines — Immigration agents have arrested a Taiwanese wanted in his country for telecommunications fraud. The Bureau of Immigration (BI) reported on Wednesday that Shan Yu-Hsuan was nabbed by its Fugitive Search Unit last Friday, Nov. 17, in Pasay City.
