MANILA, Philippines — Tropical Depression Ineng (international name: Yun-Yeung) and other recent weather disturbances have so far affected over 900,000 individuals nationwide, according to the National Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council (NDRRMC). NDRRMC said the combined effects of Ineng, Typhoons Hanna (international name: Haiku), Goring (international name: Saola), and the southwest monsoon have impacted 907,636
