Iwahig Prison escapee rearrested after 25 years
MANILA, Philippines — The Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) said on Tuesday that a person deprived of liberty (PDL) was rearrested 25 years after escaping from the Iwahig Prison and Penal Farm (IPPF). According to the BuCor, the escapee identified as Pedrino G. Núñez was nabbed in Sablayan, Oriental Mindoro on Friday. READ: BuCor told: Business
