Kuwait’s Emir Sheikh Nawaf dies
KUWAIT — Kuwait’s Emir Sheikh Nawaf al-Ahmad al-Sabah died on Saturday aged 86, according to the royal court, just over three years after assuming power in the US-allied Gulf oil producer.
