MANILA, Philippines — Several flights were canceled on Monday, September 4, due to bad weather brought by Typhoon Hanna (international name: Haikui) and the boosted southwest monsoon, locally termed habagat. The Manila International Airport Authority said in an advisory that as of 6:30 a.m. the following flights were discontinued for the day: Philippine Airlines (PR)
