LIST: Class suspensions for July 24
MANILA, Philippines — Classes in parts of Luzon were suspended on Wednesday, July 24, due to the heavy rains from Typhoon Carina (International name: Gaemi) and the southwest monsoon. The Presidential Communications Office announced that work in government offices and classes at all levels in Metro Manila are suspended due to the inclement weather. READ:
