MANILA, Philippines — Some local government units have ordered class suspensions for Monday, November 18, due to Super Typhoon Pepito (international name: Man-yi). The state weather bureau earlier reported that Pepito made its second landfall in the vicinity of Dipaculao, Aurora at 3:20 p.m. on Sunday.
