LIST: Coastal areas in Visayas, Mindanao affected by red tide


MANILA, Philippines — The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) has warned the public that some coasts in Visayas and Mindanao are still affected by paralytic shellfish poison or toxic red tide.
