LIST: NCR roads affected by reblocking, repairs from Feb. 9 to 12
MANILA, Philippines — Motorists were advised to take alternative routes due to reblocking and repairs that will be carried out on some parts of Metro Manila, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) said on Friday. The road work, which will be conducted by the Department of Public Works and Highways, will start at 11 p.m.
