LIST: Power interruptions in NCR, other areas from Oct. 20 to 27
MANILA, Philippines — Some parts of Metro Manila, Central Luzon, and Southern Luzon will experience power interruption from October 20 to 27, according to the Manila Electric Company (Meralco).
