LPA east of Surigao del Sur now Tropical Depression Kabayan – Pagasa
MANILA, Philippines — The low pressure area (LPA) east of Surigao del Sur developed into a tropical depression and is now named Kabayan, the state weather agency said Sunday. In a bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the Kabayan may hit Surigao del Sur or the provinces nearby by Sunday
