LTO-NCR logs 32,000 delinquent vehicle owners from Jan 1 to 23
MANILA, Philippines — Over 32,000 delinquent vehicle owners registered with the Land Transportation Office-National Capital Region (LTO-NCR) in the first 23 days of the year, the agency said on Wednesday. Previously, LTO explained that “delinquent” motor vehicles are units of owners who have either failed or deliberately refused to have their motor vehicles registered. READ:
