LTO relaxing ‘No registration, No travel’ policy this Christmas season
MANILA, Philippines – The Land Transportation Office (LTO) on Thursday announced that it will relax implementing the “No Registration, No Travel” policy this December “in the spirit of the Yuletide season.” LTO chief Atty. Vigor D. Mendoza II said that he has ordered all LTO enforcers to just warn the drivers of unregistered motor vehicles.
