LTO suspends license of SUV driver involved viral road rage in Taguig
MANILA, Philippines — Land Transportation Office (LTO) has placed under preventive suspension the license of the driver of a sports utility vehicle (SUV) involved in road rage in Taguig city. The video that went viral on social media showed the driver stopping in the middle of C-5 road in Taguig to berate a truck driver.
