Magnitude 4 earthquake rocks Catanduanes


MANILA, Philippines — A magnitude 4 earthquake struck the province of Catanduanes on Thursday, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) reported. Phivolcs said Caramoran, Catanduanes, was hit by a tectonic quake at 4:41 a.m. The shaking had a 16-kilometer depth of focus.
